Great news. Docs today confirm debtor will merge w/iTALK. Apparently when Lee was deposed he revealed that the debtor will merge into iTALK and that Lee was never given any shares of TALK and therefore as we have been saying all along...the debtor does not own shares of TALK. This is also why Dea is being deposed. He will be the owner of the "affiliate."
