They are and they will. As long as the company doesn't dilute, shareholders should do well. The management should be smart enough to not sell shares at these levels, and wait for the share price to go over a penny or at least over a tenth of a penny over .001 before they sell a few million shares at a time, that way they don't flood the market with worthless shares and they can get just as much money from selling fewer shares. Smarter wouldn't you say? Tell them? Look at IC#B it went up from .0001 to 3 cents in a span of about 3 months. Now they can get the same amount of money selling one million shares and get $30,000 as they would have had to, selling 30 million shares at .0001. Just my thoughts.
