Jim,
The numbers for the audits weren't all that hefty for the 2003-2004 audit though. Less than the R&D expense it appeared. There is no doubt that there remain some G&A expenses that will have to be explained more fully. I expect that much of the expenses were legal fees and such, but we just haven't those answers as yet.
