I'll try to sum it up...

OTC stocks don't have after hours trading, period. You'll sometimes see a trade occur up to 15 minutes after the closing bell and scratch your head. This trade didn't actually occur after hours though, just updating.

What you're seeing is a Form T Trade and it is typically not a single trade, but multiple trades that occurred during trading hours. What you see posted is the average price of those multiple trades.

Well why don't the trades just show up during trading hours? This is where it gets a little mysterious. The T Trades can be a lot of selling or a lot of buying. The Market Makers hide these trades so that it doesn't influence buyers or sellers in a certain direction.

You can also see T Trades happen during trading hours. You'll see a HUGE buy or sell and think that some huge whale just bought or sold out. Again, this was not just a single trade, but many trades and the price posted is the average price of those trades. You can easily spot these T Trades when a huge buy or sell occurs and it does nothing to affect the BID or ASK, or if the price posted was above or below the BID or ASK.
