I will say this,...yesterday in my emotional stress i sent Kate an email stressing the importance of logical dilution and not crushing the stock with new shares.

And her reply was "There has been no conversion since spring 2016 so nobody has new shares."

She hasnt struck me as a typical lying OTC CEO so i do take this fairly for certain that this is more likely to be what i suspected yesterday after the close....games. MMs shaking the tree hard for weak shares like i gave up yesterday .

I know if i sit back and think of the long game that there will be MM games every so often but if Kate is not diluting or diluting that much and she keeps hitting the goals she sets forth this will be .015+ at some point in the coming weeks.

Thus i have stopped watching to not be tempted LOL.
