it all depends on the content (I don't think this is a purely scientific conf)! But they should give the shareholders a view of the presentation either a little early or at the same time, and/or put up the presentation on their website. I believe people who will attend this conference includes people from funds, VCs, etc! I have seen some OTCBB companies PR the event and the presentation content a day ahead! I could be wrong and I am sure people at NNVC consult with the attorney prior to any PR actions. Bottom line they are not a reporting company, yet!
