I have to agree, we understand your position, if you fight with us and we you, then there is nothing proven, so please move on.
There are a number of things that could have happened to this tradingismylife, and that is giving he/she the benefit of the doubt that they were telling the truth in the fact of no more dilution. That aside, assuming they were informed correctly, increasing the O/S doesnt happen instantly, from the time tradingismylife contacted keith the "order" to sell more shares could have already been in place, but not sold yet, as you know as a seasoned veteran, just because you put a sell or buy order in doesnt mean it is processed immediately, especially in a 20-50 million block as per dilution. So it is possible for keith to have been telling the truth AND still have an increase in the O/S simultaniously, so without any more concrete evidence KINDLY MOVE ALONG!
