Agree Bull because not all states deregulated. However, as I live not only Cali which is regulated, but in Los Angeles that has a public monopoly, how Chron can save on energy. I was told that when you turn on your AC for instance, the biggest surge in electricity occurs and you get billed accordingly. Chron has a gizmo that attaches to the switch between switch and ac that controls that surge so the electricity does not surge but instead does a gradual smaller surge hence preventing that large electricity usage amount ultimately saving you money even if you live in a regulated state!! So they can go in and save in all 50 states...deregulated or not :)) CHRO
