Your right about the Nobo list. It does provide most of what you said..it does not list names of shareholder who shares or held in street names. Also shares that may have been given for service and CHRO was not aware is still out.,that could be a few million at best. It's almost impossible to get a broker to take a pink ceticate today. Once CHRO up list to the otc becomes fully reporting. I beleave andcould be wrong, if no longer under 144 those certicates Can be place with a broker. That should clear up if any shares out there.
