They have to RS or raise the AS. The last 5 trading days have a total volume of 3.684 Billion shares. During the last dilution episode they were running between 25-35% of the shares traded in dilution.

Right now 25% would be 950 million which would put them at the AS limit.

So either the Board has already voted and the TA is cooperating on share issuances with the paperwork pending at, or on its way to, the Wyoming SOS...

...or they plan to RS soon.

...and if they do, it will be some BS excuse like they want to file and become OTC QB...and need a minimum share price of $0.01 to do so.
