1) QTN Asia will we get shares in this company? Or merge into it?

2) Cinemax Pictures and Production Company International, Inc. (Canada) ('Cinemax Pictures'), pending completion of due diligence and shareholder approval. Cinemax Pictures is not affiliated with Time Warner Entertainment. The sale of TMM will be an all-stock deal. TMM shareholders will receive 20% of Cinemax Pictures on a 'Pro-Rata' basis."

So WE GET 20% of the amount of shares we have? OR we all split 20%?
What did we have to sell to these companys to get this in return?

3) Obion Group will set aside 25 billion of its authorized shares for the TMM shareholders

SO WE ALL GET TO SPLIT 25 BILLION SHARES, LETS SEE IS MY MATH RIGHT. 350 BILLION TMM MINUS MR FANS SHARES 51%. THATS 171 BILLION WE OWN. SO 25 BILLION GETS DIVIDED INTO 171 BILLION OUCH. sO WE TAKE OUR SHARES AND DIVIDE BY 7 ? AND WE DONT KNOW WHAT THIS COMPANY WILL TArDE UNDER. WHat pps? what value?

4) WHAT DOES Obion Group GET IN RETURN?

5)Final thought who do we trade under now? symbol?

6) What % value will we get back from our investment? (main question)

These companys seem like small nothing companys but better then 0 which is what frank was going to give us
