Prob is, he may not buy overseas, and it's stuff he can get by truck/rail from within the U.S.

America First.

That being said,,,NM did see a bit of a rally and some other bulk shippers have done ok,,,IE SBLK, SB, etc.

Hard to say how the Trump thing will help shippers.
