RE: Convertible Debt

Since a lot of traders on this board may not be familiar with the way that convertible debt works, let me explain that you can ONLY convert AGED debt into free-trading shares. So aside from the remaining 10% balance, no new shares will be entering the market in the foreseeable future. New debt must be aged by I believe 1 year before it can be converted.
