1 the AS 200 mil was increased to 250mil then increased to 2 bil

What does that tell you is about to happen? Only on reason to increase the AS DILUTION 2 Bil spells major dilution

vs company 2

AS reduced from 2 bil to 250 mil to 200mil

Indicates they are not planning to dilute
