100M on bid, 14M left on ask, unless it refreshes or theres hidden shares. i wouldn't care if a RS happened, as long as no additional shares are issued, the percents of the pie stay the same. hurts if additional shares are issued after a RS. if positive developments become concrete, price should be reflected in that. do your own DD, this is OTC.
