Agreed 110%. When year end #'s coming out (last year it was Jan 12) I think the run will start. I think the delay can be attributed to moving offices in late December (FYI, to a bigger and cheaper office) and also to the fact that they did a lot more volume than they thought. Bottom line, bigger better office, hiring employees means growth for a 2nd consecutive quarter.
