Dilution is the word....

I emailed IR (Henry Harrison) back on May 5th, 2006 and asked...

Can you tell me what the current number of Outstanding Shares is?

The Answer then was:
"Approximately 25million"

I emailed the new IR (Gabe Sandler) on August 8th and asked...

Can you tell me what the current number of Outstanding Shares is?

The Answer Now is:
"The current number of outstanding shares is 660 million, with 260 million in the float and 400 million restricted."

Just my opinion...
