IHRC - That's a substantial discount. Insurance segment should benefit from rising interest rates. Sales & NI have definitely been in a downtrend going back to 2012.

I didn't look very much but they have a printing related segment. Since it isn't a pure insurer those non-core elements prob have to have value removed although not sure they're contributing much value at this point anyway.
