I would hope every trader who chooses to trade SHOM, or any other company in the OTC which is a non-filer, would be aware OTCMarkets is a paid PR company, they are Not a regulator. The "disclosures" submitted by SHOM are Not vetted for accuracy.

there are no "filings" for this scam. shom is a non filer. what there are are submissions to otcmarkets. otcmarkets is not a regulator and those submissions carry no legal weight.
