Partnering is good for short term but should be avoided if the company ever wants to be bought out and, if they can start producing revenues and their pipeline is strong enough to launch them into an independent enity. In their conversations to stockholders they have some definite NO's. One is an R/S. Another is partnering. This leads me to believe that they are very sure that their business plan is strong and doable.
