Hollywall is currently processing various licensing agreements from its HW Music Vault for numerous upcoming film and television projects, including a “BorderCross” soundtrack with music performances by: Elvis Presley, Emmy Lou Harris, Ricky Skaggs, George Jones, Buddy Holly, Linda Ronstadt, Mickey Gilley, Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, Roy Orbison and Tammy Wynette.

Aspire, in conjunction with Walker Cable Productions, is completing post-production for its new feature film, BorderCross, for a planned-for first quarter 2017 theatrical release. The movie features film stars Lorenzo Lamas, Danny Trejo, Elisha Kriis, Brian Goff, and Connor Pryce.

BorderCross brings awareness to the dangers of human trafficking…an ex-contender…an opportunity…and a kidnapping. BorderCross is based on Danny “Boy” Jackson, retired, the most popular light heavyweight to never win the title is offered an “exhibition” fight against the brash current champion. The fight will raise money for “La Oportunidad” a non-profit organization dedicated to helping Hispanic immigrants. Divorced, demoralized, desperate and far past his glory days, Danny accepts the bout, solely for the twenty thousand dollars training per diem. Though he is to be housed in luxury at the Hilton, Danny checks into a seedy motel on the outskirts of Gomez, Texas with his fourteen-year-old son. He knows that although the bout is billed as an exhibition, bookies in Vegas are taking odds on a knockout, and he wants to “fly under the radar”, avoiding potential foul play before the bout. But after leaving the room for three minutes to buy a calling card at the leasing office, he comes back to an empty room…His son, Jamie is gone. And so, begins a frantic search, and it is quickly revealed that Jamie, has been taken by human traffickers and Danny has only hours to unravel the mystery of his whereabouts and rescue him before he is gone forever. The ex-contender will need all his fighting skills as he closes in on the criminal network that kidnapped his boy and he quickly finds that the perpetrators are much closer than he thinks.
