Sam, Everyone of my shares are still accounted for in my Ameriprise account. It is no longer showing the letters FASC in the collumn . Instead it has a CUSIP designation of 31846W102. The value on those shares reads zero. I looked elsewhere on the internet and the CUSIP 31846W102 shows up so it is not specific to my account but rather First American Scientific.
