the numbers are very good and of course they actually earned almost 1/2 cent on a .03 stock of a trailing PE of around 6+ This based upon the 92 million outstanding at the time of the filing , but now around 185 million because of conversion so we have a PE trailing of around 12.
Reveunue for the year was growth but not anything extraordinary, but look at the amount of state have made this stuff legal ( the smoking stuff). It all create more positive awareness and is very bullish towards the group and this certain stock ubqu
Most of these 100 or pot stock do not earn any money this one has shown a profit for 2 years according to filings.
Even with the additional shares fully diluted most cannot be sold because of rule 144 and can only be sold according to the rule of the sec 144
Of course buy the rumor and sell the fact and i would not be surprised if the flipper do that in the morning but i would also not be surprised if by the end of the day it could breach .04 or higher.
Overall, this opportunity has legs over the short term ubqu goes higher. I don't really care about the name change. I care about the numbers and the number released today are very good and only going to get better
