That was just one person doing that. There was no crew. There have been others that stated that they had been in contact with the CEO via email and phone calls (which is normal, if you are serious about doing DD prior to buying and while your holding to monitor the progress of your investment) but there was only one person that stated he had been in direct contact and even met face to face with the CEO. He didn't claim to receive "insider" information, he simply claimed the CEO gave him the impression that good news was on the way in regards to rectifying the share structure as well as possible merger news. No specifics were given. Regardless to what that one poster said, he can't be prosecuted because no material information was released...whether he ends up being right or not in his claims. No substantial information was leaked that would drive the pps up. No one knows what's going on...period. A complaint wont do anything at this point because the pps wasn't manipulated lol it never went higher than .0002...if this were to at least go to pennies then yes, a complaint would obviously be the next step. It would be different if we knew what the "merger" news consisted off. Some posters have even claimed that theres dilution going on...yet no one as of yet can tell me who the diluting MM is. For all we know, a big group is loading for higher levels or the share structure is actually being cleaned up and there may be a possibility of a nice portion of the OS being canceled. Keep in mind...OVER 1.5 BILLION SHARES WERE ACCUMULATED IN DECEMBER!!! No one does that just for this to remain at no bid, something is going on. January isn't even over yet. All those predictions of news were nothing more than speculation from retail investors that were overly excited. None of these claims were made by the CEO, so stop with the complaining because you got suckered into believing the hype and buying in because of it. And by the way, im still holding and I am still very optimistic about the future of DCAC.
