I like SQNS a lot matt, but unfortunately this news is no big deal:

"Magee Thomson Investment Partners Llc added to the holdings in Sequans Communications SA by 22.05%. The purchase prices were between $1.67 and $2.05, with an estimated average price of $1.85. The stock is now traded at around $2.41. The impact to the portfolio due to this purchase was less than 0.01%. The holdings were 620 shares as of 2016-12-31."
