Thank you Tekterra because that's exactly what pissed me off so much back then!!! We had totally unsubstantiated rumors floated out there by someone which caused the TSX to halt trading and investigate...how the f#ck is that helpful to anyone???

Total and complete drain on IPCI mgmts. resources at a time they have much bigger fish to fry sheesh!

So the bottom line is that posting unsubstantiated rumors of buyouts or insider info serves zero viable purpose whatsoever other than to mess with the public perception of the targeted stock...which in turn can and in many cases does lead to investigations by the regulatory exchanges!
