As FASC stock has been delisted and removed by SEC, it is literally worthless.

For some reason, that's how the incompetents/crooks* behind this company wanted it, else they would have kept up to date with the very minimal filing requirements to maintain the listing.

For some scams, that's just how the principals like to fade away without anyone making too much fuss.

* delete one or other of these terms as applicable, unless you think both apply.
