Here's something to ponder.
Let's talk about the first $500M bond for a second. Even if you don't believe the list of part holders of that bond on the subsequent pages of the PDF posted by StockLemon (And the first page has been confirmed to be a direct screen print off of Bloomberg by someone right here), we KNOW that the bond has other holders, because it's actively trading. How do we know this? If you check on Euroclear, it actually went up in the last few days. This can only happen if it IS being traded.
Now, CVSU/CSHD claims the ENTIRE bond was brought to them by Ismet Paez. Keyword, ENTIRE bond, since that is the full value of that bond.
How can that be? The bond was issued by the Venezuelan govt (I confirmed with JP Morgan who are the agents for the bond), and if there's even ONE entity that has bought part of the bond, the "entire" value of the bond can't be claimed by CVSU/CSHD. Can't be. Impossible.
And Colt: My sighs mean exactly that. Generally they mean, too far fetched.
