If they thought this would go up they would only double the OS to 5 billion shares to cover the addition 3 billion waiting to convert. They wouldn't ask to increase the OS ten fold.
Is pretty simple. Yes there will be manipulation and spikes but that is when no one will be holding. Right now they have to wait for all the bagholders to sell and take their losses before they drive it back up. They play shareholders for their money. They don't care about shareholders and making them money. They just want them to take their money
