Volume dropped, Trading now below VWAP is not a good sign for Longs. Party looks like it is over for now. May have a chance if the 10K comes out. But they have to answer all of the auditors questions.

I wonder what those questions are.

How many employees does NEWC have?

We really no nothing except that documents were misplaced and the audit of 2015 and 2016 are not done.

So we dont know what they are hiding or trying to hide.
