ASTI is likely to trade lower and lower as the vote to increase Authorized Shares from 2B to 20B takes place in February. The company has already went over the 2B in Authorized shares according to Redwood which holds ~ 2.8B in convertible Notes. Due to this fact, ASTi has effectively forced the hands of commons. Mr. Lee is smart, as the recent conversion of debt to shares will work in his favor as the shares eventually become massively diluted. 20,000,000,000 shares x .001 is ~ 20M market cap. I think .0005 is a more realistic figure with a 10M market cap, at most, imo.
