The grey market makes it difficult to get real time quotes which compicates buy & sell orders. They're business developments in the USA are presently illegal, but only at the federal level.

Jeff Sessions confirmation will likely be offset by either of Trump's nominees for the FDA who are both pro medical cannabis, (O'neil & Gottlieb).

It's very possible we will see pharmaceutical cannabis legalized within the next two years. (purely my opinion)

Pharmaceutical Cannabis has authentic medical benefits and the potential to create a new business sector with quality jobs and tax revenues that are in-line with Trump's goals. It could effect the profits of US based pharmaceutical companies which may be the biggest obstacle since their lobbyists are likely to be a source of resistance. (again purely my opinion).
