1st I did not receive any prefered shares of TXTM at my portfolio - with regardss to 190.000 shares PLPL I purchase

2nd "TXTM will be the front into the market place for PLPL which will be the science research place " ... with other words: TXTM will be the company which will show to the stockmarket revenues, while PLPLNOW is in the background as a reasearch companie without any direct revenues in future. (Well, who care, PLPL does not make any revenues since its beginning in 2011) - PLPL = parent company? To me it looks like PLPL is out of the market, does the research and Duffield holds a majority of TXTM and leaves PLPL shares in a 'research company' without any income.

3rd "TXTM Bio MJ stock will go to multi dollars " - why shall I care? I did not receive one singly share of TXTM and I did not receive a note from my baker that I will receive any - which is the usual information after such stock transactions.
