I guess you will also claim in the Spring of 2014 that the company did not do a dilution at approximately a 40% discount to the stock price a week before, and the company did not change the record date of the proxy to allow these new investors to vote in order to get a majority vote on an excessive comp proposal that was twice rejected by shareholders. That would be ludicrous for a CEO to attempt something that self-serving and detrimental to shareholders. Oh but wait, it happened.
