Companies re-evaluate their strategy all the time. Perhaps funding the B Ph3 would've been possible but maybe they would have had to partner and reduce future potential profits, which in my opinion would have been a short-sighted move. I think their development strategy has been fairly clear for some time now, but alas, we seem to disagree.
