It should have been filed by the end of yesterday - the extension if 5 calendar days, with no 'if the day falls on a weekend, then...' BS.

The last quarter they waited the full extension, but at least they filed the earnings PR on the Monday at 8:00 AM. They are now a full day overdue.

And notice, no investors conference call scheduled this time. Can that be good?
