PennyWorld...re ARSW.........
Before the two S8 filings, the OS was around 17M, with a float of about 5.8M.
And............for the time being, the OS may not be much higher than that.

The 6/27 S8 registered 20M shares for employees to exercise options to purchase shares.
The details are a little involved, but if you read the 4.1 and 4.2 attachments to the filing you can make sense of it.
The 8/1 S8 registered 60M shares with the same details..

Here's where the "human" factor comes in...
They have up to 10-years to exercise the options.
With the current price movement, why would they buy shares now and immediately face a loss?

The reason the OS was/is so small is because they did a 1:50 RS about six months ago.
Before the RS the OS was around 850M and, now, even if all those options were exercised, the OS would only be about 97M.
It's a good bet that there won't be another RS in the near future.
It will be interesting to watch what happens next week....
It's always Anything-Can-Happen-Day in the Pennies....:)
