Have read a few posts about Wessal buying low, and questioning why they would ever wait and buy high. The way I see it they cannot lose, where ever they start buying. When they start buying the price will rise on sheer demand alone, as less shares are available. The price they start buying for will not be they price they pay for the final share. So the average they pay will be much less than the price when they are done buying. The question then will be will it stay at that level. In my opinion it will, and go even higher due to the supply/ demand principle. They can't lose, even if they start their buying above .20 or .30 or even .50. They will be creating their own value and demand.

Just my opinion.
