8k filings for dilution are usually one month apart, today’s 8k filing is only 2 business days apart.

There are two possibilities on the indication of 8k filing today:

One possibility: the company wants to tell investors, be ready, more dilution to come.

The other possibility: this is the last dilution, we are done here.

In logical reasoning, the company is not that stupid to indicate the first possibility, so it is definitely the second one.

Conclusion: the dilution is definitely over!
