I exactly had this Suspicion...Thanks for Posting tHis. Please see my POST on this: "NO 6-K Till Now???" today on this Message Board. If what you say here is true, I am getting ready to Sue DRYS. Lying in the Prospectus Filing with the SEC.... Geez, In my 20 years of Active INvesting/Trading (including Prop Day Trading), I have never seen Such BRAZEN CORRUPTION AS THIS... I was exactly pointing to this in my above POST on this MB --- that DRYS in Fact, HAS LIED To the SEC in the Prospectus!!!

I was going to wait till End of this Week to Accumulate SOLID PROOF Against DRYS, based on further TRading Action and other Filing Actions from DRYS that HAVE TO UNFOLD This Week...
