Actually letting it go to the greys is the best thing Long Beard could do. They are being screwed over with old debt.

There is absolutely no incentive for Long Beard to pump this ticker. They cant get the name changed until all of the filings are brought current. Thats not going to be an easy task since its been so many empty shells without a name change.

Then they have the listing and business fees that are in default as well. They are better to just get out of this mess.
