8-k today confirms that the dilution is definitely over, otherwise it is not necessary to file 8-ks with 2 business days apart. Trading actions and volumes yesterday and today also confirm that the dilution has dried up.

This is very significant! Considering so much dilution in past few days, pps holds so well. Any news from the company will lead to pps explosion!
