I don't mean to be negatively, but after reading the 8-k, it sounds like the 150,000,000 shares was just converted into 50,000,000 Series B preferred shares. That are equal to 3 common shares, which can be converted back into 150,000,000 common shares after one year.

Can someone please tell me what the true benefit is of today's 8-k? Thanks in advance.
