Appears to be a 70 year old producer wanna-be d-lister with a history of failed entertainment ventures:

WEF Media? That business failed and the business license was permanently revoked by the Nevada SOS.

World Pro Fighting, Inc? That business failed and the business license was permanently revoked by the Nevada SOS.

Swig Media LLC? That business was dissolved per the Nevada SOS.

VTV - aka Vegas TV? That "channel" went over like a lead balloon and is completely gone.

The Swig 4K stick? Not available at any retail outlet or online retailer. Overpriced $100 junk swamped by the likes of Amazon Fire, Google Chromecast and a zillion other real OTT devices.

Swig has zero money and sells no product, which is now merging with another company with no money. Ivan doesn't have any contacts with A-list studios. Not sure how anyone holding NTEK stock is helped by this merger.
