OOOOOOOOOKAY. I've always admitted my hearing is badly damaged. I have hearing aids from the VA that took 12 years and some serious threats to get. I did call Visa. Got a little girl whose voice I cannot understand at all. She must have been speaking perfect English but . . . some voices don't get past my elderly damaged ears. My hearing aids are behind my ears, feeding into units IN my ears. So my aids don't help on the phone at all.
I never understood her. I kept telling her that, hoping she would transfer me to some ogre who had a perfect voice for me. Finally I said: "Ma'm? Here is what happened today." And told her all of it. Gave her my Visa number. Gave up. Either she understood me, or she can give the recording to someone else, and she can see the charge made to me this morning and see if it has been deleted. I regret my damaged hearing, nothing more I can do.
