Well, I for one have no problem admitting to a bad decision and getting snookered. Bought ECPN based on someone else's recommendation and didn't check it out thoroughly first. My dumb. Had good buys, CLF, TRCI and bad ones, VMTF, HSTC, CSWG. With VMTF the two responsible were prosecuted and convicted of fraud but no jail time. Shareholders got nothing. I think we just need to file complaints with the SEC and hope for the best.
