They look good Phinehas, real good! I'm guessing it'll trade light like PLAD(VATE), and they look strong like AMFE.

The CEO's been looking for a shell for a few years, in the mean time he's gone from I believe one restaurant location to the current four and plans to keep growing.

But it looks like he finally found a shell where he doesn't share ownership and, now he has access to the funding he needs to back up franchising and EXPANSION!

We're watching for filings, a PR, and an OTC Website update. In the mean time I'm loading.
