This afternoon seemed like obvious Market Manipulation from NITE. I know less about how this works than most here, but yesterdays activity probably triggered some shorting on their end and this afternoon was an attempt to keep us down for a bit. I doubt it will have much affect on the overall run, and their current sells are now in the 3's.
