Does anyone else find it a bit curious how it pretty much dropped 40% almost instantly and then stayed there.

1. Why -40%. Is that in direct proportion to the first batch of new shares?

2. Is the 10x share creation (dilution) designed as a poison pill to prevent a hostile takeover?

3. The CEO now owns a minimum of 44% (20 himself and 24 through his other company TFG). He would only need one private accomplice (sine only 10% + ownership needs to be reported to the SEC) to gain controlling interest.

My guess is he already has controlling interest and the dilution is to prevent anyone else getting their hands on the patents and equipment. We have to be very careful he doesn't pull a SunEdison (with the Yieldcos) and sell equipment and patents to TFG and leave ASTI holding nothing but debt.
