Short answer is yes. I read much more into:

1. Network connection problems, suspension of services, etc

2. IF CMMobile is in fact a "wholly owned subsidiary" of Vela Tel, it seems to me that it would be up to Vela Tel to put news out in regard to what appears to be their last remaining business.

3. Otherwise, who is to know anything about this other than the few who follow and post here as reflected in the pps which is .0001 and it looks like anytime that it does get to .0002 someone sells or there is dilution.
